Refund policy

Delivery that is returned from the shipping company due to non-response on the part of the customer/incorrect telephone number/non-response in the email - will be credited for the total cost of the products only and the shipping cost will not be included in the credit.
Replacement - If you want to replace a purchased product, you can return it without a problem within 14 days and receive a credit for the replacement.

Returning an item by courier to your home costs NIS 30 for the special delivery to us.
Return - You can get a refund when returning the product to us, at a discount and you spoke to us within 48 hours from the moment of purchase on the website and a notice that the product is not to your liking. We will credit you for the amount less 5% of the purchase value and we will refund it to you through the payment method you used in the same form of purchase (matching number of payments).
A product that is opened and used we will not be able to get back - contact us by phone I am sure we will talk and reach an agreement!

* Refund will be refunded (assuming you spoke to us up to 48 hours from the date of purchase) within a maximum of 7 days from the date of return of the item less 5% of the original value of the purchased items, solely to the credit card from which the order was made. It will be performed under the same conditions as the original transaction, ie if the transaction was performed in several installments - you will be returned to you in multiple installments. If for one fee - will get back to you for one fee. If in cash - the cash will return to you.
* An item can be returned at a discount or sale up to 7 business days from the date of purchase. For items purchased on sale/discount/or not at full price - it is not possible to receive a cash credit but only credit for buying on the website.
