Natural olive oil-based facial cleansing gel – by Israeli skincare brand SIMEE
The Israeli skincare brand SIMEE has long been a favorite of our editorial team. Fortunately, we've recently seen new product launches from the brand, expanding their line and offering more clean ways to care for facial skin. One of the launches we were most anticipating was the facial cleansing gel. The brand's solid facial soap is a must-have in our skincare routine, so we were curious to see how the gel would perform in comparison.
The gel offers a different cleansing experience from the outset. It comes in a tube and is enriched with olive oil and chamomile and calendula flower extracts. The pinkish gel is applied to dry skin, and a gentle massage lathers it on the skin. Rinsing with a little water will leave the skin clean, nourished, and soft. From our experience, it handled makeup removal quite well (not tested on the eye area) and has become our new favorite.
