What do you say, is there even a winter here? How do you feel about winter and its new version?

Relaxed or bothered by the weather?

Write to me in the comments, I'd love to hear from you..

What a strange winter,

Do you feel your lips and hands tend to dry out so quickly?

I thought I'd share some conclusions I've come to as a result of my studies and the season, as my skin, which is already prone to dryness, is very uncomfortable..

And what does help me.. I'd love to hear from you if you took a thing or two from here and how you feel in your skin? In your body this season.

Winter is very dry on the one hand and not cold on the other, for those prone to dryness, this weather makes it very difficult for us,

Therefore, the biggest emphasis will be on drinking and hot drinks because we want to allow proper functioning of the body and not cool it down. To my water (hot) I recently added - and this moisturizes and comforts - grated apple (apple is excellent for our facial skin and in general, full of vitamin C and A) that I boiled with water and to which I added kuzu powder - a starch root that moisturizes and strengthens the digestive system, helps in cases of high acidity.

You can add it to compote and hot drinks at the end of boiling - I'm attaching a link to iHerb below so you can get it.

In addition to drinking, I added and put great emphasis on oatmeal, which moisturizes well and helps me with dryness issues - I tried whole oatmeal grains and it was very tasty with chicken and pumpkin stew. Of course, porridge also accompanies me almost every day with chia seeds and crushed almonds.. vegetables that accompany every stew will be earth element vegetables - all the orange ones like sweet potato, pumpkin, carrot and grains like barley, oatmeal, round brown rice.

Of course, the products embrace me anew every day and the combination of warm and suitable nutrition keeps my skin softer, more flexible and much less dry :)

A beauty tip would be - try applying to slightly damp skin after washing your face or showering, the products will lock in moisture and spread more pleasantly. The red algae cream for the evening - a generous amount on the skin will be like a regenerating mask for skin that has been exposed to the wind and outdoor weather.

For your medicine cabinet -

Do you know oregano oil for internal use? It works in an amazing and most effective way for sore throats. You take it as soon as the tingling begins - it can be found in all health food stores

Kuzu Umeboshi - the drink of the gods, as we call it at home. I hope to film a preparation video for it soon. It's good to keep umeboshi at home and the drink of both together is suitable for any feeling of weakness, for the first drink in the morning to improve the balance of bacteria in the intestine and strengthen the digestive system. I'm attaching an article about the drink -

Ari asks for a little umeboshi on a spoon whenever he suffers from a slight stomach ache and the pain immediately disappears.. I use it whenever I feel weak, stomach pressure or if I ate something that doesn't suit me.. and kuzu umeboshi is my Tylenol every time a virus comes home.
